Your Responsibilities

• Build Relationships:Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Educate Clients:Use a consultative, needs-based approach to explain insurance options.
• Generate Leads:Schedule appointments, identify needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Achieve Goals:Collaborate with management to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay Organized:Manage your time, tasks, and client interactions effectively.

Requirements

• Priorsales experiencepreferred (inside/outside/retail/telemarketing).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strongcommunication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Must be able toobtain a Life and Health Insurance License(approx. $200 investment).
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
