We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic support to individuals facing various mental health challenges. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care and fostering a safe environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) with experience in individual therapy (Must hold an active license in the state of New Jersey)
• Therapists who are empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centered in their approach
• Individuals who are comfortable with technology and have a passion for delivering therapy remotely via secure video or chat platforms
• Therapists who have their own liability insurance (required)
• Those who enjoy having a flexible schedule, want to work part-time or full-time, and are driven to support clients from a variety of backgrounds
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• A commitment to ethical practice and continuous improvement in therapeutic techniques

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy via secure remote platforms (video or chat)
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ICD-10 standards.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow best practices for telehealth
• Build rapport with clients and provide support tailored to their unique needs
• Document and track progress in accordance with clinic policies
• Attend occasional team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
• Engage in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
