Key Responsibilities

  • * Deliver a customer-centric experience by offering knowledgeable and friendly support.
  • * Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming services, apps, and online accounts.
  • * Process refunds, exchanges, and service adjustments in compliance with company policies.
  • * Document customer interactions accurately in the system and follow up on unresolved concerns.
  • * Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • * Maintain knowledge of Disneys latest offerings, promotions, and policies to provide up-to-date information.
  • * Uphold Disneys brand image by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication in all interactions.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
  • * Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • * Familiarity with Disneys products, services, and entertainment offerings.
  • * Basic technical troubleshooting skills for assisting with digital products like Disney+.
  • * High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
  • * Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • * Proficiency in using customer service software, email, and chat platforms.
  • Experience
  • * Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • * Experience handling online customer support (email, chat, social media) is a plus.
  • * Background in working remotely or managing customer interactions digitally is desirable.
