UMV - Customer Service Representative I, II or III Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional in-person customer service and possess a keen attention to detail? Are you comfortable engaging with clients, reviewing documents, accurately updating computer databases and handling monetary transactions? A strong candidate will have prior experience in DMV processing, as a teller, in loan origination, or providing administrative support at a car dealership.   • Providing quick and accurate DMV services
  • Updating computer databases and issuing credentials
  • Offering additional services to enhance customer experiences

Minimum Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid Alaska driver's license or ID
  • Able to type 40 WPM and use 10-key for data entry
  • Capable of standing for long periods and lifting 50 lbs. regularly
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Hours:

  • Full-time (40-hour week) with potential for overtime
  • Office hours: Monday-Saturday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Shifts: 8 hours plus a lunch break

Compensation:

  • $20+ per hour depending on experience
  • Audit accuracy bonuses
  • Incentive bonuses
  • Commissions on additional services
  • Potential performance bonuses twice per year

Starting base pay will be determined by candidate’s experience, qualifications and state wage requirements. Benefits:
