  • * Use chat platforms and support tools to track, manage, and respond to customer queries.
  • * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • * Assist customers with product troubleshooting, technical support, and navigating through company services.
  • * Process orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges as requested by customers.
  • * Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality service.
  • * Document and track customer interactions and ensure follow-ups as needed.
  • * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of company offerings.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a chat or online support environment.
  • * Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • * Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and quickly.
  • * Proficient in using live chat platforms and customer service software.
  • * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • * High level of patience and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • * Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • * Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
  • Experience:
  • * Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • * Prior experience in a remote work environment is advantageous.
  • Working Hours:
  • * Flexible work hours with shifts available across the day (morning, afternoon, and evening shifts).
