Job Description
- Responsible for the supervised delivery of Keyloop products and services according to minimum standards.
- Works according to clearly defined processes and instructions.
- Independently provide colleagues and customers with specialised product knowledge.
- Manage and perform post data migration activities (if required) to ensure that existing customer data is imported, validated and signed off by the customer before going live.
- Assist sales in pre-sales technical requirement analysis and efforts estimation as required.
- Deliver best practice sessions utilising extensive product knowledge.
- Provide areas of improvement for process in the deployment of software to reduce time to market.
Skills
- Common Microsoft applications including Excel and Visual Basic/macros.
- Understanding of data transfer (importing/exporting) options within local DMS.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with customers.
- You must be able to prioritise work effectively.
- In depth technical knowledge with programming skills.
- Printer setup.
Languages
- Good level of written and spoken in both English and Japanese.
