The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing dynamic web applications and a keen ability to solve complex problems. Excellent English skills and a robust proficiency in Portuguese are highly desirable. This role involves evolutionary and corrective maintenance as part of the project scope and requires the flexibility to travel to Brazil. Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical direction, ensuring quality standards, and facilitating team collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical information.
• Guide the development and maintenance of the project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality PHP applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Write well-structured, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior PHP Developer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
• Experience with frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of cloud services and API integrations.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience leading projects and development teams.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to Brazil for short periods.
