• Masterfully manage virtual workshop logistics including breakout rooms, transitions, and collaborative activities
• Drive student engagement through strategic interventions, personalized encouragement, and well-timed motivational support
• Foster a digital environment where students feel confident, connected, and empowered to participate fully
• Execute critical operational support for lead educators, ensuring flawless workshop delivery

Virtual Learning Assistant Key Responsibilities Orchestrate exceptional virtual learning experiences by ensuring students remain engaged, organized, and energized throughout each workshop, directly contributing to our mission of redefining educational success. Basic Requirements

• Commitment to work 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated excellence in youth development roles (mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leadership)
• Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (remote work available globally)
• Superior communication abilities and advanced proficiency with digital platforms
• Commanding, student-centered presence with exceptional attention to detail and seamless facilitation skills

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Proven experience with digital learning environments or youth enrichment initiatives
• Demonstrated success in after-school programming, summer camps, or student organization leadership
