Part-Time Customer Support Representative (Remote) - Contract to Hire

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and technical support. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, showing empathy and a customer-first attitude. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues. Identify areas for improvement within the customer support process and make recommendations. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote environment. Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
