In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers—helping to schedule appointments, answer questions, verify insurance information, and coordinate care services. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient experiences and ensuring a smooth healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms.

Schedule and confirm medical appointments in coordination with providers.

Verify patient insurance coverage, co-pays, and eligibility.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Communicate professionally with patients, families, and healthcare partners.

Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts or urgent patient needs in a timely manner.

Provide compassionate, solution-oriented support while representing the Ultimate Staffing brand.

Qualifications & Requirements Location: Must be a current Arizona resident.

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or medical office experience preferred.

1+ year of customer service, call center, or patient care coordination experience (healthcare industry experience a plus).

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Proficiency with scheduling software, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.

A quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
