Key Responsibilities - Provide customer service through phone, email, and live chat. - Troubleshoot technical issues, including streaming problems, device compatibility, and account login issues. - Answer inquiries related to Netflix’s subscription plans, billing, and general account management. - Document all customer interactions, ensuring issues are resolved and follow-ups are completed. - Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service levels, meeting performance targets. - Work independently in a remote setting while adhering to productivity goals. Qualifications - Must reside in or near Gilbert, AZ. - High school diploma or GED required. - Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues with streaming services and devices. - Stable internet connection and a quiet home office are required. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
