  1. At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce development
  2. Proficient in Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components
  3. Experience in developing applications using Salesforce OmniStudio (Flexcards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
  4. Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using Apex, Integration Procedures, and other Salesforce technologies
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
  6. Ensure high quality and maintainable code through code reviews, testing, and documentation
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  10. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and/or Public Sector Solution Accredited Professional certification is a plus
