TVAG Social Media Influencer

Key Responsibilities: - Act as the official face/ambassador of The VA Group on social media - Be regularly featured in recruitment-related content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn - Create and present talk tracks for social media videos and campaigns - Collaborate with the content team to develop short-form video ideas and promotional materials - Oversee and respond to comments, messages, and engagements across all social platforms - Help grow and maintain community engagement by interacting with our audience in a fun, professional, and relatable way - Analyze social media trends and apply relevant ones in upcoming content to boost visibility and engagement - Provide creative direction for branded content, team collaborations, and campaigns - Stay on top of trends in recruitment marketing and influencer content - Represent the company in any live or recorded features as needed (interviews, Q&A, behind-the-scenes, etc.) Qualifications: - Strong social media presence with a large, active following (please include social handles or portfolio) - Experience in content creation, hosting, or on-camera work - Excellent communication and storytelling skills - Comfortable and confident on camera - Creative thinker with an eye for viral trends and recruitment themes - Experience in engagement/community management is a plus - Familiarity with VA industry or remote work culture is a strong advantage Preferred Platforms: TikTok, Instagram (Reels & Stories), Facebook, YouTube (Shorts or Vlogs), LinkedIn What We’re Looking For: A charismatic and relatable personality that can inspire and connect with aspiring VAs A natural storyteller who can bring our brand and mission to life Someone who’s excited to shape the public image of The VA Group and grow with us Requirements:

• Primary and backup computer: at least i5 to i7 processor with 8GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
