Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and social media. Cold calling, warm calling, and follow ups.
  • Setting up Fitness Assessment appointments with Fitness Professionals.
  • Educate prospects about our online personal training services, highlighting the benefits and unique features.
  • Listen to clients' needs and fitness goals, offering personalized solutions to meet their individual requirements.
  • Close sales by confidently addressing objections and effectively communicating the value of our training programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
  • Stay informed about the latest fitness trends and industry developments to better serve clients' interests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, and preferably in the health and fitness industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients effectively.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and social media platforms to leverage sales opportunities.
  • Passionate about fitness and the benefits of personalized training programs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferences

  • 2 years of minimum Sales and Appointment Setting experience
  • Knowledge of Google Drive
  • Fast learning with online applications (we use the Everfit app for our training programs and the M1 Ai Phone assistant application for our phone communications) *optional tools, you can choose to use your own as well!
