Job Title: Experienced Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative Location: Remote (Must reside in the State of New Jersey) Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal Industry: Customer Service / Call Center Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on bilingual English/Spanish experience. Background screening required. Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and dedicated Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representatives to support our seasonal Open Enrollment period. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in New Jersey and meet all technical and scheduling requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
