We are not hiring in New York and Massachusetts. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Job description We are growing and are currently seeking candidates to fill positions as a remote full-time Licensed Sales Producer. This position entails sales and service to new and existing customers and prospects. Candidates must have a strong sales acumen, be organized, reliable and display strong problem-solving skills in handling day-to-day activities. Flexible, remote, work from home opportunity available, does require minimum technology requirements to be met to successfully complete and perform the required work. Job Responsibilities
- Meet your business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Calling, texting, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
Job Requirements
- A Life & Health producer license in good standing is required. We can help you obtain and train if you do not have one.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

- Must be highly self-motivated.
