Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality games using Unity and C#
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement game features
• Optimize game performance and reliability
• Support live game titles and ensure smooth operation
• Lead and mentor junior engineers to help them grow in their careers

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional game development experience
• Experience shipping at least one commercial game using Unity
• Advanced programming skills in C#
• Experience with iOS and Android mobile development
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Backend development experience (e.g., multiplayer/server)
• Hobbies and interests outside of game development
• Experience shipping multiple games in your career
