Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing analytics, statistical, or machine learning models to extract insights and address business challenges, ideally in a retail setting
- Expertise in web analytics and customer segmentation using data to drive informed decisions and improve online experiences
- Ability to lead small teams in rapid and accurate data analysis, feature definition, and creative problem-solving for business challenges
- Proficiency in working on complex problems, creating data-driven stories for guidance
- Cloud platform/tech expertise
- Skilled in AI or machine learning methods
- Ability to analyze and root cause analysis
- Effective in fast-paced, changing environments
- Preferred knowledge of various project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum)
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team and individual interaction
- Proficiency in various data technology areas, including data pipelines, databases, scripting languages, and statistical languages
