Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Technician to join our IT Services team. As an Associate Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, installing and maintaining hardware and software, and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT clients' desktop software and hardware, including mobile workforce support
• Provide training and guidance to clients on end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software
• Own and resolve technical issues from start to finish, communicating effectively with employees and stakeholders
• Contribute to desktop projects, including global installs and upgrades, as a project team member
• Remotely diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote tools and technologies
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve infrastructure-related issues and provide support for remote access and virtual private network (VPN) connectivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience/training
• 3+ years of hands-on IT experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues
• Experience supporting personal computers in a Windows/TCPIP environment
• A+ certification (preferred)
• MCSE/MCP certification (a plus)
• Prior IT infrastructure experience in an airline/airport environment (desired)
