Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues, employing available resources and escalating cases as needed
  • Educate customers on American Express products, services, and promotions, helping them make informed decisions and fully utilize their membership benefits
  • Protect customer information by adhering to company policies and guidelines on data security
  • Record details of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the company's CRM system
  • Continuously familiarize yourself with updates to company protocols, products, and services, ensuring your knowledge is current and accurate
