Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Telemetry (PRN)

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers. The ideal candidate will:

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes in patient status
• Perform procedures and administer medications as ordered by medical providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Stay up-to-date on medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical care

Requirements

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment
• Current RN licensure in Texas
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
