Remote Payroll Administrator - Corporate Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in a contract role, working remotely with a leading full-service medical center. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in organizing and processing time records, responding to inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review time records, responding to related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Verify wage and employment information, responding to requests and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Review KRONOS reports to validate data prior to payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enter pay and employee demographic information into the payroll system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma, certificate of completion, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll functions, tax, and fringe benefits
  • General knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations
