Remote Call Center Representative - 3rd Shift

About the Role

• Receive and respond to incoming calls for roadside assistance, providing timely and effective solutions to meet member needs
• Gather required information, verify membership details, and utilize department software to ensure accurate data capture and prioritize calls for safety issues
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns and providing detailed information on road service products and services
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
• Customer Service experience required, with Call Center experience preferred
• Ability to work full-time 3rd shift schedules, including at least one weekend shift (typical hours: 10:30PM-7AM)
• Must live within the AAA Northeast footprint (RI, MA, CT, NY, & NJ) and meet specific work-from-home requirements, including high-speed internet access
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
