AEM Solution Architect (Remote)

In this role, you will

• Architect and design scalable, robust, and innovative AEM solutions.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of AEM projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed AEM specifications and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure best practices for data management, package deployment, and system integration within AEM.
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Utilize authentication technologies such as LDAP, SSO, SAML, and OKTA.
• Design and develop custom components, workflows, and object models within the AEM architecture.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.
• Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of the Adobe Marketing Cloud product suite, with a focus on AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM Forms, Audience Manager, and Adobe Campaigns.
• 12+ years of experience in designing and deploying Java/J2EE solutions on JCR-based WCM platforms.
• 4+ years of experience developing on CMS platforms or web application frameworks.
• Proven experience with CMS features including multi-site, multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, and workflow management.
• Prior experience as a lead developer or architect on AEM implementations.
• AEM Architect or Developer certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and experience applying them.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Experience with CI/CD and building CI pipelines.
• Consulting background (preferred).
