Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator - Remote

At Aeetna, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our provider data, directly impacting our members' experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee reviews of provider data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage and resolve external contract payment issues within designated systems.
• Provide functional support and perform data cleansing for data exchanges (essential to complex).
• Manage complex data exchanges and maintain related documentation for projects, developments, and new product implementations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure high-quality provider data for our members.
• Maintain and update provider demographic and agreement information in relevant systems, supporting claims resolution and provider directories.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement new contracts and complex administrative arrangements.
• Identify, investigate, and lead root cause analyses (e.g., issues identified by PST, trends from routine PDS reviews) and collaborate cross-functionally to suggest process improvements.
• Directly manage and oversee provider data audits, escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working with provider data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with provider data maintenance.
• Prior production environment experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPB or EPDB data experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of successful collaboration to achieve goals.
• Experience with clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proven success in collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations.

Education:

• Secondary School Certificate or equivalent work experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

The typical compensation range for this position is $18.50 - $35.29 per hour. This range reflects the base hourly rate or full-time annual compensation. The actual compensation will vary based on experience, education, location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an Aeetna bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
