We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Back Office Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management and administrative processes. Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry and Back Office Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Entry:
    • Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and CRM software
    • Proofread and verify data for accuracy and completeness
    • Follow established data entry protocols and procedures
    • Maintain data integrity by adhering to data confidentiality and security guidelines
  • Back Office Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, answering phones, and scheduling meetings
    • Process invoices and other financial documents
    • Assist with project management tasks as needed
    • Maintain organized and efficient filing systems
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
    • Adapt to new technologies and processes readily
    • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues and stakeholders

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience: Preferred in data entry or a related field
  • MS Office Suite Proficiency: Including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong Typing Skills: With a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Excellent Attention to Detail: And accuracy
  • Ability to Work Independently: And as part of a team
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Essential
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required
