We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform digital content evaluation on games consumed on Amazon's Luna platform. As a Digital Content Evaluator, you will handle new and re-entry content, creating records, downloading, installing, and testing digital content to guarantee it meets Amazon's quality bar. Your contributions will be instrumental in helping us achieve our game selection growth objectives while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Download, install, and test games on various devices to ensure digital content adheres to Amazon's content policies and quality standards for Luna
• Collaborate with program management teams to resolve content issues as needed
• Maintain detailed and accurate assessment notes on issue tracking
• Identify and advocate process improvement ideas and system enhancements that could increase productivity or quality of our content operations
• Play a vital role in helping us meet our daily catalog objectives while maintaining a high-quality customer experience

Essential Qualifications:

• Content evaluation, game testing, or similar experience in a technology, digital media industry, or equivalent field
• Passion for technology, gaming, and experience in the gaming industry
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
• Comfort working with a broad range of technical productivity and workflow management tools, including SharePoint, Excel, and Word
• Self-motivation and a strong bias for action
• Ability to meet aggressive productivity goals with minimal supervision
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to meet team objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Game testing experience, test script creation, content evaluation, and game applications
