As a Remote Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), generating monthly reports, and interacting with our maintenance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will also be responsible for administering vendor logs, communicating with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with American Airlines' policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor CMMS for standard work ordering and compliance
• Generate monthly reports on equipment performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Administer vendor logs and communicate with vendors and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with American Airlines' policies and procedures
• Participate in training sessions and meetings as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• Previous experience in a related field is an asset, but not required
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
