Key Responsibilities:

• Lead independent oversight of enterprise-wide models, focusing on Gen AI (Large Language Models) and AI-based models for marketing, credit, fraud, or other business/risk types
• Conduct gap assessments and establish a robust framework to strengthen model risk controls and meet enhanced regulatory requirements
• Direct AI/ML research to explore exceptional opportunities to elevate model excellence and drive business impact
• Communicate results to partners, senior leadership, and various model boards

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in Large Language Models or large data workstreams
• MBA, Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields from a top-tier institution
• Practical experience in model development or validation, with strong analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency in at least one data manipulation tool, such as Python, R, or Java
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
