As a Care Professional (Care Pro) with Honor, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional care and support to older adults. What You'll Do:

As a Care Pro with Honor, your responsibilities will include:

• Fostering relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assisting with meal preparation and performing light housekeeping duties
• Providing personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or a certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Three professional references and a willingness to undergo a background check
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• The ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
