As a Cloud Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner to accelerate their cloud journey
• Building a stronger AWS leads database by engaging with clients through phone, email, and live chat
• Educating clients on the benefits of AWS services and helping them navigate their cloud adoption process
• Supporting leads with tailored messaging to increase client understanding and drive conversion rates
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead global MRC projects and drive operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of work experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement roles

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification/AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
• Technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS
• In-depth knowledge of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
