We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our HR team, reporting to the Manager of Executive Compensation. As an Executive Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and implementing executive compensation programs, working closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to drive business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Collaborating with the Manager of Executive Compensation and HR leadership to develop and implement market-relevant compensation strategies, including salary, bonus, and equity programs
• Preparing compensation recommendations for senior leadership and developing supporting materials for Executive and Compensation Committee approval
• Assisting in the preparation of the annual Chewy Proxy and developing compensation education materials for internal stakeholders
• Managing executive-level salary survey processes, evaluating market data, and advising senior leadership on executive compensation trends and best practices
• Leading special projects and initiatives related to executive compensation, driving innovation and process improvements
