Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Relations Ambassador to join our esteemed organization at our Garden City headquarters. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impression and enhance the overall client experience. Our Long Island Conference Center is a hub of activity, and we're looking for someone who can provide top-notch support and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally upon their arrival, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
  • Answer phone calls with clarity, efficiency, and a smile, providing timely and effective support to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Confirm hearings and conferences with clients, ensuring that all details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, scanning, data entry, and mailings, to ensure the smooth operation of our conference center.
  • Occasionally cover the Receptionist role at our Manhattan conference center, providing support and ensuring continuity of service.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and friendly, approachable manner, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and client satisfaction.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong focus on follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • A professional demeanor and appearance, with a strong emphasis on presenting a positive and welcoming image to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Preferred education includes a Bachelor's or Associate degree, with relevant experience in a receptionist or client relations capacity highly advantageous.
