About the Role:

As Cluster Head - Last Mile, you will be responsible for:

• Owning the onboarding and training of new partners for Last Mile operations
• Identifying and onboarding new partners onto the network on an ongoing basis
• Tracking and owning the performance of different partners in your cluster
• Visiting facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps
• Ensuring compliance with operational processes and driving key operational metrics to achieve performance targets

Requirements:

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
• 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain, preferably in Last Mile operations
• Experience in partner onboarding and training in the Last Mile and sorting operations
• Experience working in Chennai or other areas of Tamil Nadu in a similar capacity is a plus
