You'll partner with our customers to enable their transformation to cloud/SAAS solutions, ensuring successful adoption and driving institutional success. With a focus on customer satisfaction, project achievement, and utilization targets, you'll make a meaningful impact on the future of higher education.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled professional with experience in Colleague Student Information Systems or higher education, passionate about delivering innovative solutions that drive student success. If you're a super user of Colleague Student Information Systems or have experience implementing Colleague Student Information Systems modules, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality implementation consulting services to drive customer success
• Collaborate with consulting teams and peers to exceed customer and project expectations
• Identify and remediate issues that impede customer greatness
• Drive innovative and transformative strategies for successful SaaS implementations
• Continuously improve the customer experience through service artifacts and development

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of Colleague Student experience
• 2+ years of implementation and consulting experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate with C-level and project leaders
• Experience with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and delivery readiness
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage activities based on business impact
