What You'll Achieve

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone in a high-volume contact center environment
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships, handling inquiries and de-escalating concerns
• Multi-task using proprietary software programs to track and document calls
• Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
• Provide proactive communication to internal and external customers via call and email
• Maintain productive relationships with peers through positive teamwork
• Work with customers to identify automotive maintenance needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need to Succeed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
