About the Role

- Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and navigate complex topics like payment determinations and claims processing.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, providing a seamless experience.
- Educate customers on disease management programs and recommend healthy living initiatives tailored to their needs.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer problems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
