Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Join Our Dynamic Team!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced, collaborative call center environment.What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $25-$29 per hour (up to $63,000-$74,000 per year with bonuses)

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert to provide accurate and confident product information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Prior customer service experience (training provided for the right candidate)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Work Environment:
- On-site position at our Texas Branch: 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261
- Training shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
- Regular shift: Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9 PM
