- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies
Requirements:
- Proven data entry experience (or relevant experience as an Office Clerk)
- Proficiency in MS Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment (e.g., fax machine, scanner)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
