Benefits and Perks:
- Starting Pay: $18.04 per block hour, increasing to $19.05 after six months and $20.75 after one year.

Requirements
- Age: Minimum of 19 years old
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Passport: Valid civilian passport and authorization to travel to and from all Air Wisconsin destinations
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Background Checks: Successful completion of required background checks, including a 10-year background check, FBI fingerprinting, and pre-employment drug screening
- Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical Requirements:
- Maximum height of 5'10" (without shoes)
- Reach a minimum of 68" above the ground
- Stand, stoop, bend, squat, twist, turn, push, pull, and lift up to 45 lbs.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various situations and work effectively under stress
- Flexibility: Ability to work varied schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
