We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Project Coordinator to join our team at Xivic. As a key member of our Account and Project Management teams, you'll play a vital role in leading digital projects to execution and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to advance their career in the digital industry. As a Digital Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Account and Project Management teams to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of digital collateral. You'll also collaborate with our Development, Marketing, and UX/UI departments to define project requirements and ensure execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple competing projects with shifting priorities through project development, execution, launch, and performance optimization
  • Provide overall support to Account and Project Managers by communicating with Xivic's development team, organizing and scheduling meetings, assessing high versus low priority tasks, recommending and maintaining project priorities, etc.
  • Organize project tasks on a daily basis to report status to the Account Manager
  • Ensure the production and timely delivery of all digital collateral
  • Collaborate with various departments from development to UX teams to define requirements and ensure execution
  • Effectively communicate project health and manage expectations of team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc reports of relevant metrics, insights, and recommendations as needed – presented in Google Sheets and/or Google Slides
  • Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to internal standards, as well as regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, communications, or general business or equivalent education
  • 1+ years of client or project management – preferably within the digital industry
  • 1+ years in-house or agency experience in the same or similar role
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment – will always follow up and follow through
  • Ability to balance administrative functions, including information collection, planning, organizing while efficiently utilizing resources
  • Experience in project management tools like ActiveCollab, Jira, Confluence, BaseCamp, Monday, etc. and a demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies
  • Experience with Google Business Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
