We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Officer/Dispatcher to join our team at Kane Realty Corporation in Raleigh, NC (North Hills). As a key member of our property management and real estate team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our community.

About the Role:

As a Dispatch Officer/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for coordinating and processing resources pertaining to property services, updating databases, and ensuring accurate information is shared with responding units. You'll also collect demographic data, determine responding units, and provide necessary information via phone, email, or two-way radio.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process resources pertaining to property services

• Maintain accurate records of all calls and lost and found logs
• Initiate emergency action plans as requested by the property management team

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications, computer data entry, and dispatch
• 2+ years of experience working with the general public, security, or law enforcement (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to work with confidence in a fast-paced setting
• Professional demeanor and presentation
