EBM Clinical Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical leaders to formulate care quality goals and identify desired outcomes
• Document current processes and existing order pathways, leveraging evidence-based literature
• Develop and maintain clinical content within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Coordinate preparation of materials and documentation for multidisciplinary clinical councils
• Provide ongoing support and education for clinicians regarding Evidence-Based Medicine and EMR workflows

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive nursing experience in hospitals or post-acute services
• At least 2 years of experience providing support in an electronic medical record system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems (Cerner or Epic)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in facilitating healthcare improvement committees
• Subject matter expertise in designing and implementing features in electronic medical records
• Project Management experience or certifications (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Certification)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement new models of care
• Strong understanding of nursing practice and clinical workflow
