Responsibilities

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring seamless and efficient service
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Provide local recommendations, directions, and information to guests
• Collaborate with team members to maintain positive working relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with hotel services, events, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests

Requirements

• Previous hotel guest service experience preferred
• Open availability to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments
