Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data to ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to assign daily staffing tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing schedules using Excel and other software
• Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing situations
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare team members

What You Will Need:

• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Previous experience in employee scheduling or staffing (preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
