Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of enrollment, group information, and research to respond to member, employer, and eligibility inquiries
• Provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate data entry and effective communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
