About the Role

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will:

• Deliver high-quality customer interactions and experiences, ensuring seamless support for Intuit's TurboTax product
• Handle inbound calls to the TurboTax customer service center, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and providing tax advice
• Apply defined practices, procedures, and company policies to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and simplify complex ideas
• Exhibit a team player attitude, promoting a positive work environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
• Stay up-to-date on product changes and tax season updates, providing knowledgeable support to customers
• Meet productivity goals and service level commitments, working well under pressure in a fast-paced call center environment

Work Requirements and Expectations

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Commit to working at least 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours during peak tax season
• Be available to schedule work during core hours, including some weekend hours
• Maintain a PCI-compliant workspace and have a reliable Ethernet connection
