- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective members via phone, chat, and email
- Guide prospects through our website, answering questions regarding Medicare eligibility and benefits
- Assist prospects with self-enrollment and complete enrollments via phone for those who require support
- Adhere to all CMS compliance regulations and maintain required certifications
Requirements:
- High level of comfort with online/website navigation
- Valid license to sell healthcare plans
- Minimum of 2 years of experience selling Medicare plans in a telesales environment
- Ability to pass AHIP exam on an annual basis and maintain required carrier certifications
- Adherence to all CMS compliance regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish skills
Education and Compensation:
- High School Diploma required
- Competitive salary with a pay range of $15.00 - $24.23 per hour
