Join Our Team! We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Heartland Coca-Cola. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are stocked and displayed in retail accounts, providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and replenishing products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers, ensuring timely sales and product freshness.
• Building, changing, or removing product displays while adhering to company standards, maintaining product signage, and cleaning product space.
• Managing backroom inventory, identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels in partnership with account managers.
• Evaluating and processing damaged product, re-packing product, and organizing backroom materials.
• Communicating with coworkers and customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining professional relationships.

We're looking for a candidate with:

• A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field.
• A valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record within policy guidelines.
• Prior experience using equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts, and the ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
• Basic computer application and technology skills, including the ability to operate a smartphone and/or laptop.
• Flexibility with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays due to customer demand.
