The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our Super Agents team — a group responsible for building new core capabilities that extend the power of our AI agent engine. This is a highly impactful role focused on greenfield projects, complex workflows, and new interface paradigms.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to deliver new features from 0 to 1. Expect ownership, fast feedback, and the chance to directly influence how thousands of users interact with AI-powered agents.
Your impact
Lead the design of new super agent experiences, extending our platform with powerful, intuitive features.
Simplify complex technical workflows for self-serve users while preserving advanced functionality.
Drive end-to-end design: research, ideation, prototyping, interaction design, and polished UI.
Shape user interaction patterns across multiple surfaces (web, desktop, mobile).
Champion user-centric design by partnering deeply with PMs, engineers, and other designers.
Help define and evolve our design rituals and mentor junior designers.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience owning end-to-end product design across UX, UI, and product thinking — ideally for complex platforms like no-code tools, automation software, or enterprise SaaS.
Comfortable designing for ambiguous, technical, and evolving products.
A knack for simplifying complexity and crafting delightful, intuitive experiences.
Bonus: Experience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, Bubble) or multi-step workflows.
Experience working on 0 to 1 product development is a plus.
